The Real Housewives reality show on Bravo has become a pop cultural touchstone for people who want to get a glimpse into the behavior of the wealthy and idle of major US metropolitan areas…or for those who simply have too much discretionary time. But On October 2, 2014 Teresa swapped her designer duds for prison stripes. Teresa was charged with fraud and sentenced to 15 months in prison. She was released on December 23, 2015 for good behavior.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta co-star Apollo Nida is the husband of cast member Phaedra Parks. Nidas past legal troubles have played out on several seasons of the show. Viewers have witnessed the turbulent relationship between Parks and Nida. But the famous duo will be split up for quite some time. Nida was sentenced to 8 years in prison after pleading guilty to bank fraud and identity theft on July 8, 2014.
The actress and television personality is a cast member on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Viewers have witnessed Richards struggle with conflict and turmoil in her personal life. On April16, 2015 Richards was arrested for public intoxication, resisting arrest and battery of a police officer. She was then arrested in August 2015 on suspicion of shoplifting more than 600 dollars worth of merchandise from a local Target.
As one of the original cast members of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Danielle Staub is no stranger to drama. However it seems that the brunette beauty had her fair share of drama before the cameras ever started rolling. It was revealed in the first season that Danielle was part of a federal prosecution for extortion and cocaine possession. She was arrested in June of 1986 with six kilos of cocaine and $16,000 cash in her possession.
