BeenVerified treats these restrictions very seriously. Any time we believe that a customer is or has misused our information, the matter is addressed immediately. This will also lead to immediate termination of a subscriber. Additionally, if a customer uses our information in a criminal or harmful manner, we will contact appropriate law enforcement agencies. As part of our terms of service, BeenVerified can disclose information about them and their searches to law enforcement agencies when suspected of misusing our information.
