About the Job

This is an amazing opportunity for anyone looking to up their recruiting game. As Talent Manager, you will get the opportunity to work on both recruiting and culture initiatives. You will also be involved in the People Ops side (On-boarding, Culture, Performance Reviews, Events, Process, and Policy), and have a hand in creating a challenging and rewarding environment for the talented individuals you are recruiting. Recruiters are brand ambassadors, talent scouts, investigators, negotiators, and most often, magicians. This is a career-altering opportunity for the right candidate. You’ll own our recruiting initiatives, leading the strategy and execution that will enable us to attract and hire amazing team members that will be long-term contributors.


What You’d Get to Do

  • Lead all aspects of the recruiting lifecycle 
  • Partner with our department leaders to help define our talent needs and recruiting strategies needed to fill roles
  • Use LinkedIn and other tools to source top candidates that meet our hiring needs and create a robust talent pipeline.
  • Design and implement external candidate marketing and proactive recruiting programs and processes that attract, select and retain a qualified, diverse workforce
  • Utilize our ATS and other systems to optimize the delivery, quality, diversity, and compliance of all recruiting activities
  • Ensure the best candidate experience from application thru on-boarding
  • Define, track, and analyze talent acquisition metrics and develop practical tracking and reporting methods to monitor and improve performance, including cost per hire, hiring cycle time, quality of hire, turnover, competitive hiring measures, and new hire engagement measures.
  • Select and oversee tools, vendors, technology, and assets used to support highly effective talent acquisition.
  • Be a passionate internal and external ambassador for the organization
  • Regularly update leadership on current and future state of talent acquisition initiatives.

  • Successful background in tech recruiting
  • Proven ability to manage and execute all phases of the recruitment cycle
