About the Job

The Customer Support Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for supporting the quality processes and continuous improvement of our Customer Support department. Our QA team measures the performance of our phone and email agents and identifies opportunities for improvement, both individually and holistically, across all customer interactions. Remote/WFH is avialble for this position. Working out of our office in New York is not required. 

 

What You’ll Get to Do

  • Support the Managers of our quality program to meet the goals of the department. 
  • Perform quality checks and audits of inbound calls and outbound emails to ensure adherence to policies and procedures and high level of customer service.
  • Respond to email and phone agent escalations.
  • Suggest and document improvements in our customer service processes.
  • Consistently deliver customer service that is knowledgeable, patient, prompt, empathetic and courteous.

 

What You Bring to the Table

  • 1+ years of previous experience in customer service quality or 2+ years as an email/call center agent. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Works well in a team environment, as well as independently.
  • Customer-centric attitude.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Enjoys and excels at problem-solving and assisting others.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize; strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Knowledge of Zendesk preferred but not required.
