About the Job

We're looking for an energetic and hospitable Executive Assistant to join our team. If you are an organized, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about taking on increasing responsibility in a very fast-paced environment, we could be your next home! You will be fully engaged and busy from the first day and we guarantee there will never be a dull moment. Successful candidates will be motivated and intuitive. We are looking for a rock star that can tackle their duties while constantly finding ways to improve our office in Manhattan.
 

What You'd Do

  • Welcome and introduce visitors
  • Answer and screen phone calls, directing them to appropriate people, taking detailed messages
  • Maintain reception area, conference rooms and kitchen throughout each day
  • Sorting and handling incoming/outgoing deliveries and mail
  • File, fax and scan as directed
  • Support various staff with scheduling and miscellaneous administrative duties
  • Assist with employee equipment issues
  • Arrange catering needs for meetings as well as make restaurant reservations as requested
  • Keep track of kitchen and office inventory, placing orders to replenish supplies when needed
  • Assist with new employee setups

What You Bring Us

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • 1+ yrs. prior administrative experience answering phones/working at a reception desk (internships included!)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, G Suite, Email, Internet
  • A friendly, polite and professional manner
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage tasks gracefully and efficiently under pressure
  • Desire to learn and become part of the team
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
